CoeLux is a ground breaking optical system based on nano technology to artificially reproduce the natural light and visual appearance of the sun and sky in spaces that are deprived of natural light, creating the sensation of infinite space
 
A key feature of ST is that the sun is not directly visible. What is the "LUMICON" ?

   The "LUMICON" is

Translucent concrete block and it made by Hyun-Chang Neotek

 It is based building material with a special light-permeable concrete block and it made of optical cable inserted in mortar. The object on the surface appears as a shade due to its translucent nature and compressive strength as high as 90% of typical concrete blocks can be achieved

 It is used in fine architecture as a façade material and for cladding of interior walls

 

 The main purpose is to use sunlight as a light source to reduce the power consumption of illumination and to use the optical fiber to sense the stress of structures and also use this concrete as an architectural purpose for good aesthetical view of the building

Concrete is

No longer the heavy, cold and grey material !!!

It has become beautiful and lively!!!
